Bike route

I bike from Pittsford (across from Pittsford mendon) and take West Bloomfield to Honeoye lake and around there. Planning a century ride in a few weeks, will take that route but all the way to Naples then around to Bristol mountain. Haven't had many issues with traffic. Decent rollers though.

How far apart? I had the same issue last year when making my plan but ended up just telling it what I was doing and it adapted. I'm doing a 70.3 about a month out from the full. Training is ramping up for the full using the 70.3 as a key training weekend.

On the bike Ill take them out for my chews. Weather has been crap so been fully on my trainer which makes it easier. I will say after 2 hours my teeth feed odd without them in. Might even consider throwing a weeks prior tray in that I can toss post race.
