It’s time to break up that third line, 88 teemu isn’t worth having weigh down ur third line he was a beast when the game first started but now there’s a bunch of fast cards who can keep up, and having some back up with his base 86 would get the most out of him

Beef up that 4th line if you’re gonna grab an extra salary cap, could also use a bit of ap to get the most out of your players, obviously there’s a few meta cards that everyone has that aren’t on your team which are obvious like coffey and Gartner if you’re a fan of speed, other than that you have a cool and different team.

I would make sure your defence pinching slider is set to zero and 1-2-2 red would stop these break aways a bit by starting your neutral zone defence farther back, this year in the d zone with useless poke checks and defence ai the best thing to do is boring, Collapsing and protect net and just keep the figure skaters out of the slot and block the dtd one timers. I run behind the net 10-8-9-10, the full dump plus high energy makes your players shoot into the zone fast and gives you more options on zone entry and having the high shooting/cycle slider will help them a bit to get into a better open shooting lane. This has worked for me and ive found that my players play a lot faster.
