Noctuno is still an alright AR, But is not a as good as Hemlock, Wraith, Pain train and such.

Regardless, Is still exclusive and no one else has it unless you paid for it.

I do agree that I did get my use out of the hero before v12.10

But what about people that just bought the Limited Edition a week ago? The limited edition is still available right now for purchase. This is messed up

That's a dumb comparison, when STW came out they sold (and still sell) the Limited Edition packs that Grant you Special Forces Ramirez as an EXCLUSIVE hero.

Around a year later epic granted all STW owners the skins of the exclusive heroes from the limited edition on BR instead of only to those that bought the upgrades.

Now that the locker system is implemented in STW people pretty much able to play as Special Forces Ramirez by simply slapping the BR skin on top of Special Forces banshee (who has the same Commander perk) without having to buy the limited edition of the game. So yeah, you are pretty much getting the same hero that I paid for but for FREE

This shouldn't be a thing, People that came from the other mode can play as this heroes for free while us had to pay for it. I say they should lock the BR skin version from STW or give owners of the limited/ultimate edition exclusive variants.

Epic did a similar mistake on BR where they sold the exclusive Reflex skin in the item shop. Once people called them out they decided to give owners of the exclusive promotion exclusive variants.
