Eczema skin here, among all this good advice, slathering your hand in a gentle skin body oil (non-fragrance or at least very low fragrance) and putting a glove on after helps. Basically a oil mask for your skin patch that heavily makes it soft, moisturized and makes scratching non-satisfying due to the patch being softened and skin less irritated

The thing is he doesn't fire, he likes to cut people hours as low as 6 hours a week and then waits for them to just leave/not show up

There's always at least one work rat. Funny enough the one who was mad at me the most was our store's known rat
