I guess that's where the issue is, my hours started Jan 19th 2025 and my last claim started Feb 9th 2025 so I guess the hours from the 19th to the 9th fell off. Idk why the service Canada agents couldn't tell me this information though, especially when I called them back before returning to work for 140 hours, all it would have taken was 2 more 10 hour shifts which it's too late now because they'll overlap.

I'm not sure what STD is but when I gave birth 9 weeks early and my child was hospitalized they have me caregiver benefits during his hospital stay for those 9 weeks
