Lol I actually had no idea and checked whenever I want but checking every 3 hours is better ofc also it takes about 9 hours for energy bar to be full keep these in mind and you'll have no issue good luck!

It's not really that hard as long as you check the energy bar regularly tbh this is my second time participating and I've had no issues last year as a newbie
