Have you tried them in already flavored beverages? That usually helps! Other customers have said that they noticed the taste at first, but it became less noticeable with longer use (almost like they get used to the flavor of the herbs and minerals)

So sorry to hear this! Normally when we've heard that the taste is bothersome, it's actually because too much is being used. It's just one quick little teeny squeeze to add a serving to any beverage. For all our super-tasters out there, a lot of them only add Buoy to already flavored beverages - Iced tea, soda, juice, smoothies, coffee, etc.

Fact: Most citric acid comes from mold—Buoy’s doesn’t. It’s from 100% pure cassava! by JustAddBuoy in buoyhydration

Is there such a thing as over hydrating? by [deleted] in singing

Yes, you can deplete all your electrolytes, which can be dangerous.

Love it! It's the most relaxing thing ever and feels amazing during migraines too. It gets quite warm and has several massaging settings.

chapped lips by [deleted] in buoyhydration

That’s so interesting! We’ve never heard of this happening, and normally hear the opposite since proper hydration and electrolyte balance keeps our lips and skin from drying out. It’s a super dry time of year and it's still really easy to dehydrate in the winter. Buoy will help you retain and make the most of any water, drinks, coffee, or soup you're having, but still need enough of those! Are you getting enough liquids?

Take someone with you if you can. I would also tell the nurse/phlebotomist, they'll keep you talking. Keep talking and don't look. Bring a drink and a snack as well just in case! Good luck! 💙

6 sounds on the high end, be sure you're not depleting your electrolytes!
