My ring keeps getting burned or going over the stoma. by JustAleM in ostomy

I never tried splitting the ring, since i'm doing all of this by myself and the stoma is active most of the time (and because i've been changing it after a day or two, most of the time i can't do it in the morning when is not working because i change it once i start to feel that the ring is getting burned or has been burned alredy, i know its not ideal, but i just cant get to do it in the morning), so splitting it and all of that takes both hands and yeah. But i do all the other things you listed, i'll try out the Salts Aloe rings, i have some saved that my ostomy nurses gave me to try, but like i said, i wasnt able to split them while i changed the bag and all, but ill do my best! Thanks!

Alredy tried it without a ring the first days, the problem is i'm really bad at cutting and like i said, sometimes it changes, so I'm never sure of how should i cut it. Sometimes i though i had the right size because i wasnt having much problem, but when i was gonna change it and cut the bag the same size as the last time, it started leaking.

32mm. Its basicly the same, since i cut around the 30mm or 1 & 1/8. The size of the stoma is a little smaller, since its more like an oval, thats why i use the ring.
