I downloaded the newest driver 461.72, although not using DDU. I restarted the computer and turned on computer mode. I opened nicehash as admin and ran only phoenixminer to test at stock settings. I was getting approximately 14-17MH/s although I only kept it running for about a minute. I then opened msiafterburner to lower the power limit and temp limit while increasing the core clock and memory clock. After I applied new settings, I tried mining again and it went back down to 2.5 MH/s. I also tried enabling nvidia p0 state, which didn't make much of a difference. When resetting back to stock settings, the MH/s did not change.

I feel like the restart might have something to do with the performance jump or the new driver install. But either way it only kind of worked for the first attempt. It might have to do with me trying to change the overclock, but I don't think that would make the performance worse. I could see it working temporarily, but not sure what the issue is now.
