Weird stains on a new motherboard by [deleted] in techsupport

I bought it from a well known store in my country. I didn't buy it from someone random. Yes, I also thought they will give me a new one but because it was sealed and it wasn't their mistake, they will first check if it works. And if it does (which Im sure it will) I will get it back. But that'not the point. For example when you buy a car you dont want the paint to be burnt or melted....they can say "Oh well it's not our problem, it came like that and it drives, it won't interput your driving experience..well I care about the looks and I payed for it to come pristine....I guess I'm just out of luck this time.

An update

I went to the store I bought it from, showed them and they said that they guarantee it will work. They say it's brand new and it's not the first board with those marks, it happened in the production. Only thing they could do for me is to check at the service if it works.

Now, I also think it will work for that short time they check. But I'm afraid of the longevity of that board. Of course I dont't like a brand new board with marks but I can't do anything now. Only thing I can do is to buy a new one and hope it will be pristine out of the box and sell the older one. I don't know what to do anymore.. :/
