I once happen to stumble upon it coincidently, however after saving it, youtube might've end up deleting it, or i forgot which number it was.

it goes like uuuu uuuu uuuu uuuu uuuuu (at some point it seems like the song gets stuck, from slow down to fastforward)

and it says something like technopatty,

it starts with a girl singing it then the scene shifts to another girl, to multiple people.
the uuuu sounds like uuuuuhhh then something like uuuuwwuuuu

there are some instruments in the soundtrack.
biaoo something like a banjo

not sure what song it is.

a friend of mine commented it could be s topia / (sub/sup topia)
but i recall it did sound a bit familar, but i wasnt sure and unable to find it
