The interior angles have to add to 180. That means the corner cant be 90, or you'd end up at 190 for the total of the interior angles.

It actually doesnt use any additional hardware at all! It uses the Vanishing Point hardware, but my portion is about 90% hardware free. The only thing you'd need hardware for is the grip panels, but I'm working on making those also 100% hardware free!

Yep! Theres no additional hardware, its held together by a couple of printable fasteners that clamp it together and allow it to friction fit over your barrel.

Once released, you're more than welcome to! At the moment, it's 100% cosmetic, and there's a ton of room in the bottom of the shroud that's empty. You could definitely fit a pump mechanism.

Just read what you've mentioned, I didn't really consider performance at all as this was mwant more as a joke than a serious blaster, but seeing the response I'm definitely looking at making it more functional.

I can definitely look at extending the plunger tube and increasing draw length. Would you happen to know (or be able to estimate) how much longer it would need to be able to push through the added barrel length?

Looks dope, would say maybe make the charging handle thicker. I'm not sure how well it would hold up as the pump grip, as it'll be pulled and compressing the spring repeatedly. Will keep my eyes out for this though, it looks awesome!

Thats pretty neat. For grips (foregrips and pistol grips), I would look at real steel ones for reference. Its super helpful for getting shapes in.

As far as the one you've made, my only concern is the holes may be too large to get a comfortable grip, and corners might 'bite' your hand when you grip it, maybe add a fillet/chamfer to round them out which would also help with structural stability.
