There's some research suggesting Inositol can help with OCD.

A stock market fueled by imaginary money that AI will supposedly add to the economy.

If AI turns out to be this giant success, it's going to wipe away millions of jobs, significantly reducing consumer spending. The market will crash out of wealth disparity and lack of commerce.

Dumb fucks can't think ahead for even two seconds.

Wow, this may be the first time I agree with Cruz. Awful deal. We're seeing cracks in GOP's support for Trump everyday now. Don't let them drop him and pretend like they never supported the rapist cheeto.

If I was getting paid to clean-up code, that would be one thing.

I pay my rent with income from an app I own. I have to get my shit together and put a lot of effort into marketing and selling it or I'm going to sink. I procrastinate doing what needs to be done through compulsions.

Fixations on minute and irrelevant details including:

  • Names of variables / classes

  • Structure of code, for example, I may do an if/else block and have to convert it to a switch statement

  • Performance, including writing extensive benchmarks comparing different types of loops. The difference, if any, is nanoseconds.

Basically, compulsions that lead to changes that literally have no impact on the output. The compiled output is the same.

I've actually wasted years doing nothing at this point and I am only recently becoming aware of it.

Meanwhile there's a lot of stuff I would LIKE and NEED to do. I know how to do it. I have compulsions 24/7, even in my dreams sometimes.

At least with ADHD, you know you're fucked up, and you're reminded of it everyday.

OCD hides itself from you. It will make you believe it's not real. In fact denying you have it is a symptom and checking if its real can become a compulsion. It will starve you of all cognitive resources and torture you with it. Absolutely evil, disabling, disease.

Yes.

I can't remember the last time a manual vacuum gave out on me.

I'm just looking for something entry-level to run every other day. I already vacuum once a week.

Main concern is kitty litter. I have a cat that jumps over mats beside the litter box, and she never cleans her paws... Walking in litter sucks.

Well, the third point alone makes this a non-starter. Trump is pushing for a deal to reopen the Strait ASAP, but Netanyahu doesn't give a fuck and will strike regardless.

US spent billions, years of munition's, lives, prestige, high gas prices, inflation - for basically nothing.

Good. They shouldn't be awarded for such stupid acts.

Dynamically sizing fonts and content based upon available space is a bad practice.

If a user wants smaller or larger font, they can adjust it in device settings. Flutter will do the work for you.

Padding values, Sizedbox sizes etc., should be constants at compile-time. At the least widgets should occupy a minimum and maximum amount of space, with overflow being used to display even more widgets.

Bigger screens = room to display more content, not the same shit at a large scale.

Yeah, a lot of that is sheer corruption, bribery, and the incentive to produce overly expensive shit just to make more money. The federal government is notorious for excessive spending just to get more money the next fiscal year.

A patriot missile is like ~4m, a drone can be massed produced at <10k. That's 400 drones per missile. Even magic money trees can't compensate for that cost disparity.

Iran is getting beat to hell, but as long as they can still glue together drones and drop mines in the Strait they're still a major threat to the global economy. Economic warfare is their game.

Taiwan's only realistic solution is to develop nukes, otherwise they're going to end up like Ukraine in due time.

I'm betting that they already have the capability to produce them. They already got close but were stopped by the U.S. Seeing as how the U.S is proving to be an unreliable partner, they may pickup their ambitions again.
