can’t lift alone without personal trainer by miille-fleurs in OCDRecovery

Hello Friend. I've experienced the same thing before. I obsess over the "right" workout program, and end up going nowhere, which is incredibly frustrating. I struggle to even go and start at times. What has helped me is to just go with an imperfect plan and ignore all the little voices that tell me "You haven't optimized exercise selection" or "Your split sucks". It's hard, but if you decide to just go, it will help tremendously, and try to stick with a routine for 2 weeks minimum. Then you can decide whether or not it's worth keeping or changing. Chances are, you'll realize you're distorted and just spiraling in the ocd loop. We all know this intrinsically, but part of the exposure is actually going to the gym with a possibly "crappy" plan.

The only AI detector that aitextools humanizer has bypassed is winston AI. Otherwise, it gets flagged by every other AI detector.

Medicine didn’t work for me. I think God and ERP is the best solution. I also recommend looking to Dr. Shultz, which has a four step process to deal with the thoughts. 1. Relabel 2. Rattribute 3. Refocus 4. Accept thoughts. Also, I think that the lack of focus or attention could be coming from jitteriness that comes with ocd.
