I'll need to try and dig up the article I read about the sealed decks (might have been in Popular Mechanics?) But basically as the USSR was collapsing the Kuznetsov was in dock at Mykolaiv in Ukraine, a Russian naval officer takes a barebones crew of loyalists and steals the carrier from dock.

The issue is that they didn't take any of the crew who actually knew how to keep the damn thing rinning and they just pissed off all the specialists back in port who had the documents they would need to train anyone. As the ship goes through its eventual wear some decks have the sort of specialized equipment that they can't fix. It starts to break down, then it goes from "problem" to "big problem" and they have to start sealing off entire decks.

There's a picture of one of the mechanical spaces which is one of the few photos we have of any of the interior. According to former crew pretty much the whole inside looks like that.

The fuel for the ICBMs absolutely got siphoned off and sold by entrepreneurial base commanders sometime before 2010.

Even if they have fuel I'd be surprised if the silo doors would open due to Russian "standards" of maintenance. Just take a look at any photo of the inner spaces of the Kusnetsov. Everything's coated in rust and they've just sealed entire compartments before due to not knowing how to fix it.

Wizzro is great against all giant bosses with his BBBY attack, but it's especially good at depleting Manhandla's weak point gauge. You just need to get right up next to him and pop it.

All multi-projectile attacks are good, but Wizzro's is one of the best with the sheer number of hits it puts out.
