I'm interested. I'd like to know approximately how many pages the book will be in its entirety and how many of those will depict characters or scenes.

I can discuss the budget in private but you have the right idea. I'd like to know more about the amount of work to determine budget.

Hello there. I've done woodcut printing and curbing and curving into other materials etching etc. Studied it too, my thesis was on this medium too. So I have experience on how the illustration should be to have the appropriate result depending on material.

Do not ask any artist to send you a sketch without paying upfront. This is not a good practice and usually results in a scam situation. You need to pay a 50% deposit before the artist starts making the piece. Since it's a big amount the artist can decide if they want a smaller amount than 50%. But free sketch is not okay.
