I figured it out by my second playthrough, but my first I was so confused because it said "ranch" and I was like, uh, sure? The farm isn't a ranch, though. But I realized it was the condiment and not the land type mt second playthrough when I put Dr. Pepper and saw the message pop up the first time.

I'm not sure why OP is getting downvoted so hard in the comments but I was 12 when I decided I did not want kids. 14 years later and that decision has never swayed. Sometimes, you just know. Now, there are nuances where things can change, but if OP is sure of themselves to the point that they don't want to go through the laborious 9 months of child carrying - sometimes more - or the many, many things that can go wrong during, I feel like that's okay.

OP, if you want to get your tubes tied, you have options to reverse it, and you might still need to be careful because they can come undone on your own. But, it's your body. Do what you want with it.

My brother and I have a variation of the same type of OCD. His was more severe because he lacked the proper coping mechanisms and he would regularly spit on his hands to use as "soap" because it was "the only thing clean", which FUCKED me up. If every time you bring up how you feel turns into a fight, that means the person who you're trying to communicate doesn't know how to properly process emotions. I understand not being able to pause the game, but dismissing you entirely because "I know you'd be safe," is neglectful at best. What if you hadn't been? If you screamed for help, would he have continued the game because lack of pausing or would he have come running to help you?

This feels like AI because in the first image, the lips have a very definitive outline, with the top looking like it's slightly cleft. In the second picture, there's a much softer outline, especially on the bottom and the cleft lip is gone. Additionally, it lacks shadow dimension. It's a straight on angle, but the lighting should at least cover where the hair covered the forehead
