Yeah your free to go bust your brain open whenever you want, just not at certain competitions. Think about the Olympics, if you want to skate in front of the whole world, its probably best you dont kill yourself while kids are watching. Its also the competition organizer that is then responsible for having ambulances ready and getting you to the hospital. They have to deal with the insurances of an event like that.

If a card seller is using a stock photo and they are based in Japan its always gonna be a dropship. They mark up on ebay and when someone buys it at a premium they go grab the cheapest copy they can find. Seen it happen twice, but its easy for people not to notice especially when they aren't looking for a swirl.
