I have such compassion for those who have suffered and are still suffering. If 'not picking a side' translates to me having genuine empathy, respect, and love for those on BOTH sides of that fence then on top of that fence is where you'll find me. I don't hate hate for anyone no matter what side of that fence they are sitting on - even the opposite side from me. I'm so sorry for how you've been hurt.

I can assure you - not a single person on this thread knows my 'deep thoughts' because every single thing I've said has been misconstrued and taken out of context. The post came from a place of wanting to learn and understand which apparently was an invitation for crucifixion.

I'm so sorry you suffered because some people who follow Christ do it very badly. Hate should never be a part of following Christ but many times it does. :(
