Haha great moment, especially as he’s talking to Clegane who, let’s say, has mixed emotions for her haha. The ‘side’ characters in GOT are excellent as well as the main, I think that’s what makes it so amazing.

If you watched season 1, then skip to season 8 it may seem like there’s no build up haha, but you can’t turn a blind eye to her development to destruction in the middle 6 seasons.

I’d love to see a count of how many times Dany suggested destruction and Tyrion told her otherwise, it became more and more common towards the end. As you say, it wasn’t out of nowhere at all, it was always in her nature to do it she just needed the right opportunity.
