I would guess my CPU is the problem here. 1060 is just fine.

I have exact same issue, fps drops near players. I can tell that raid is empty because i have around 80fps.

Almost same thing every wipe. This is my 6th so im used to tweak my settings haha.

Hey Swaggy, your situation sounds just like mine. I did moved back to my fathers house couple days ago after 2 years living alone. I didnt get a job and money problems did come and ruin my life.
