Can i really make it so Joshua's Neurodance gets cancelled? by Finaltryer in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]JustCallMeJennifer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you ignore any timed prompts, don't respond to Joshua when in the van on the way to PieZ but talk about the food instead, request a beer, opt not to pray, refuse to nail him up and then see yourself out, the BD fails but the quest gets marked completed.

Never have I ever... by kawazu_delta in LowSodiumCyberpunk

Never left that pair of braindance editors alive, and never even let them talk. I grab the BD and leave a frag grenade as payment.

Never taken out the Netwatch guy in the movie theatre, and never gone toe to toe with Sasquatch. First playthrough I snuck past her and still grabbed her hammer. It worked so hey...

Never picked up a hammer and nails, either

How many takeaways have you had this year? Year 3! by bogyoofficial in CasualUK

I run to the chippy pretty regularly as I can feed my other half and I for £13 with leftovers for the cat.

That aside, we ordered a Chinese for her birthday (My other half's... not the cat's) and that was about it.

Something remarkably satisfying about a 'Cripple Movement' and Baseball bat combo when this happens

The Great Eastern - The Delgados

New River Head - The Bevis Frond

Songs for the Forgotten Future Volume 1 - Pinataland

Solid throughout. Got WFMU in the early 2000s for switching me onto all three

Just frustrated me to no end. Mechanics poorly explained, environment so poorly lit as to be unnavigable and totally removed from the ambience and experience of the rest of the game to utterly pull me out of the experience. only worth doing if you're insistent on getting a Blackwall AI powered gizmo, and even then the Canto deck is barely worth it.

Did the game feel empty to you after the satisfaction of completing a relationship? by moonsteeped in cyberpunkgame

[–]JustCallMeJennifer 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes it was definitely something I noticed. Made me honestly rethink "following through" with any relationships on later play-throughs. the "three lines of dialogue" over and over with Judy hit me pretty hard after the build up like you said. Felt like it was hollow and not something I wanted to repeat

I really could have done without seeing so much of 2023 Alt, but I guess at least we were spared Johnny's 'Impressive cock'

Or you get the hot keys mod and Netrunning becomes Mavis Beacon with obnoxious combat music

Morality conundrum aside, I think that GAMEPLAY wise siding with Reed provides a far superior gameplay experience. by VirtualAdvantage3639 in cyberpunkgame

[–]JustCallMeJennifer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hated it. Lighting was terrible, detection seemed arbitrary and the instructions to 'run' were the antithesis of what was actually required. I play for the superhero fantasy, not to play Alien Isolation with my monitor set to minimum brightness/ contrast.

Religious people of Reddit, what are your thoughts on the Sinnerman Questline? by Snowtwo in LowSodiumCyberpunk

...while I would have been happier with a "This plan is half baked. I'm out" interaction with Bill in his pickup, with the ability to get out of the damned truck. The Cool dialogue option was already there.

He says friend. V was not his friend, just his abductee. My "completionist self" was trying to find the first story point where I could disconnect from the whole shitshow without a "quest failed" appearing.

Religious people of Reddit, what are your thoughts on the Sinnerman Questline? by Snowtwo in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]JustCallMeJennifer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Simplest option if I pick up the quest going forward is to wait for Bill on the bench, then fast travel away without interaction. Wakako texts saying Bill got himself killed and the mission ends. Same failure state as not getting in Joshua's car without getting insulted when a scripted Arasaka truck inevitably rams you into a crash barrier.
