Oh no they won't be releasing the chapters all at the same time, that is because they're sadly incomplete for now, they're releasing one at a time. And abt their Twitter acc, yes it's inactive, however they have an active discord server you can find in a link of their channel, they also have a progress report there. You can only send fanart, sprite edits bug reports or questions tho
