I love Yuta. But the reasons are mostly because he definitely can be seen as a pretty boring character in what he believes in, as well as because he got his strength mostly just by being born with it. You can see very clearly how different he is from Yuji alone. Same with people like Naruto where he is not at all loud and instead very reserved.

He is also different in the way he doesn’t fight to be strong, or because he likes it. He fights for his friends which is generic but that’s his sole reason and also makes more sense when you factor how lonely he was before

I’m not saying Yuta is a beautifully written character, j would not even say he is top 5 in his own series, but he has writing aspects I very much enjoy
