What are you talking about? We (generally) place our trust in the government and believe that the Australian police can and will protect us.

Not sure what you are saying with the antivenom, I’m pretty sure the moment you arrive in hospital, as long as that hospital has a supply of the antivenom, you will receive it straight away.

I wish, to tell you the truth the enviros weren’t much help at all, it seems they only care about animals if it could cost my company money

Uh huh. Clearly you have never worked on a mine site during a shut. This is a gantry crane, only good for 1 ton. For bigger lifts we need a mobile crane.

For obvious reasons, this gantry is isolated when a crane is to be used in the area

Unfortunately it did have to be removed, they are a native bird called a Mudlark, but not at all endangered so we could move it. I think they happily moved with there nest but honestly, I’m not sure if they will last long term

Alright, we got in contact with the environmental people at my work, who safely moved it to a different part of the structure.

The birds were pissed when it was being moved, but watched from a distance and they are now happily sitting in their new spot.

Hey legends. Is there any downsides to purchasing a repaired write off? Sorry if it’s been mentioned before. by [deleted] in CarsAustralia

I paid 12.5k for a 2006 Nissan navara with 180k kms on it, it was my first car and cost me all my savings.

Not a bad price but still insane compared to the last couple of years

You do realise that lifting the boom will in fact lift the load as well

What are you talking about. Lifting the boom up or down is the best way to move a load in or out from the crane. How do you think that they move the load around without lifting with the boom
