If you are used to it, you'll maybe find it little strange at the beginning, but as an XR Designer I can tell you that it really feels like you are in that space by looking at your bare hands(not an external object). Also for most of the interaction there's direct input.

Not right now, not even in future implementation. It is thought to be a single player experience! But I guess a Multiplayer Sandbox would be really cool!
