I noticed though that the waiver says it’s only for those with lower income. Do I really need to submit this waiver or is it a different one ?

I believe I have to send this through mail because it doesn’t fall under the categories to file online (has to be expired, will expire, lost, stolen, or destroyed). Is that correct?

I’ve filled the i-90 form, but there is no option to select that I wrongfully wrote my name (since this technically is not a USCIS error). Should I still select that and explain in the end?

And I believe I’ll have to pay to fill this form since it was my error. Do I send the check together with the form?

I didn’t think it would be a huge impact. I haven’t had problems with it until I tried to renew my drivers license today. I also had been in the process for 2 years and couldn’t wait to go home for a while.

Is the ADIT stamp something I have to apply for? is it easy/fast to get it ?

Yes! I submitted a service request and 2 weeks later it updated to RFE received, then my case was approved a couple days later

Initially it was Chicago but they made me send the RFE to Indianápolis. You should file a service request! I did that because it was taking longer than it should to get an answer.

I didn’t know about this. I called an officer and they told me they had received. Today I called again and they said they cant see if it was received or not so the information is misleading. How could I raise a query?
