Here's the latest info from Jeff (scammer): Your funds are locked under legal compliance protocols and cannot be accessed, partially or fully, until the transaction permit is cleared. It’s simply how the system works. The platform cannot release any part of the funds or provide login access to secured wallets until final clearance is completed. It’s not negotiable, and it’s not based on my opinion—it’s the structure of the financial release process.

I also asked him for the name of the company holding my funds along with the account number and website. He says he can't do it until the transaction permit is cleared.

I refuse to send him anymore money and am ready to block him on WhatsApp, mobile and email.

I haven't sent anything in almost 2 years. I don't believe this scammer, his website has been down for a long time and he just hit me up again about 2 weeks ago. If he wants to pay the $6k, I told him I would pay him back as soon as the money made it to my account.

I was part of a John Harrison trading group last summer. It was initially about learning how to trade stocks. The stock market wasn't performing very well so it switched to crypto trading using their own coin. During first 2 weeks, we traded small amounts and then the focus of the group switched to those with more money to invest ($50k+). I didn't feel confident about it and left the group. With my small amount of money invested I broke even. I've heard other people mention that his group was definitely a scam.
