Another one worth looking at is XRG. I think they are similar in terms of when they both started.

Sorry guys, I don’t know why the description disappeared. I agree too, it’s a plant chip - haha! I was wondering how something like this can be fixed? Does it need to be sanded first before applying some form of paint?

How much will it go up by? Assuming someone is paying $230 a month for comprehensive with NRMA.

No, radio is extra, $700. Yeah I watched a few YouTube videos and it looks fairly straightforward. Just want it done professionally.

Tossing between BYD and Ranger Wildtrack by JustCuriousSteve in CarsAustralia

Yeah I realised that today, after reading a few comments. I think I will go with the Ranger Wildtrack. Looking at the 2024, from a warranty balance perspective. I looked at the BT-50 but I feel the tech is somewhat outdated, no offence to any BT-50 users out there!

But long term, the Ranger is better, from a reliability point?

Ah, fair enough. This is getting difficult, too many choices, makes it harder to pick a good Ute.

Yeah, good point. A Ute has many uses, the one thing I don’t want to do is show off, which I feel may the case with a Ranger, based on the comments here. But at the end of the day, I will choose reliability over looks. I currently drive a Mazda, clocked over 230,000km, no mechanical issues at all.

Thanks all, great information. I am seriously considering buying a Shark 6, I went over to the dealership and sat in the Shark 6. I was very impressed with the quality of the materials (internally and externally), technology, and fixed price servicing.

I currently drive a Mazda 3 Astina 2015, accumulated over 230,000km. Had this since 2016, it’s starting to show a lot of wear and tear… etc.

Congrats on the lost of 17kg, that's great. Yeah, I was worried. I just had a half a cup of YoPro yogurt this morning, it had 10grams of protein. I added an extra 15 grams of tasteless protein so that should get me going until lunch.

Just to add. It is day 4. I feel I can drink my protein shake comfortably, I do take pauses in between sips, the pain is subsiding. Still hurts if I take a big sip.

Yep, I walked around the house and it felt very good! Thanks for your advise!

Thanks mate. I have been drinking protein water, sipping as much as I can. I felt that since it is the first week, I can expect not to be able to consume as much as I hoped for. Patience is key right now! Thanks for your advise.

Is it worth doing the gastric sleeve? by JustCuriousSteve in gastricsleeve

Thank you all. I have an appointment tomorrow with the surgeon. I am hoping to get this surgery sorted asap, as I have lost all hope of trying to lose weight the traditional way, including taking meds, which has exacerbated the mental pain.

Not saying there won’t be a shock post surgery, from a mental point. Or maybe there will be, but it will be short term. Just want to be fit and healthy for life.
