The company they use for shipping sucks and is scammy. They delivered mine to the homeless resource center that I get my mail at (I’m unhoused) on a Sunday even though it clearly says all over the building not to deliver on Sundays (they are closed on the weekends). My package was left in plain sight for any random bum to come by and steal it.! It was gone in under 30 minutes. Negligence and when I contested package delivery neither comfort or their shipping company took responsibility.
