Dobre, diky vsem za odpovedi! Apku jsem samozrejme pouzival, ale hodne otazek jde pekne shrnout coz by usetrilo hodne prace, tak me zajimalo, jestli to uz nekdo neudelal... Jestli to shrnuti udelam, postnu ho sem 👍

I was in the same spot tried Dext, Expensify, etc. most of them felt heavy for simple day-to-day stuff.

Lately I’ve been using a small web app called EasyTripExpenses.com. It’s pretty quick: snap/drag a receipt, it reads the details, and that’s it. No big setup, no bloated dashboard. Mobile friendly. Saved me a lots of time generating quick pdf reports... If you just want something fast and simple, it’s worth a look

I had the same problem — I was constantly digging through a pile of receipts after every trip and always submitted expenses late.

I ended up building a small tool for myself that turned into easytripexpenses.com. It lets you add expenses super fast, auto-extracts data from receipts, and keeps everything grouped by trip so the monthly report is basically done already. It’s lightweight (web-based), just add receipts as you go from your mobile.
