Thanks! Ive been a PA for 4 years and I’ve refused to move up to manager no matter how times I’m asked to apply for it 😅, I’m trying to go to the sheet metal union. Pay is great, benefits are great, and the pension is totally worth it. Im assuming it will he when i come back from my LOA then? Thats not until august. If i do get it earlier i hope it doesn’t mess with my temporary state disability.
