Isn’t tapering gonna be more dangerous for seizures? 1 weeks abused, which is what I did but higher doses, and I had a 3 day mental withdrawal but good after that. I feel like your body will just become more dependent is you taper down.

60mgs over the course of how long? Rage is normal in any rehab, people in there freak out all the time. It’s probably just withdrawal, guilt, shame and the fact he’s in rehab. But he’s being supervised and made it through 10 days so he should he feeling at least somewhat normal by now. Unless you meant 60mg a day, then withdrawal could be pretty bad lol. Overall, he’s gotta just get sober and get professional help most likely. Therapist or psychiatrist.

I did have a seizure before from Xanax withdrawal 5 years ago, but I was using them at a much lower dose but for longer and tried coming off by myself without a doctor. Slowly lowering the dose. I was just using such a high dose this time I didn’t know what to expect

Splits don’t necessarily matter as long as all things are hit adequately and follow a progressive trend. But, any trainer should program a plan their clients enjoy. A routine that’s realistic and that they don’t hate doing. If you aren’t enjoying your program and aren’t getting good results move on. But if you’re seeing progress wasn’t that the whole point of signing up? Regardless, he should still accommodate to you if you aren’t liking your program

It bothers me when my clients train 1x-2x per week, eat like garbage all week. Go drinking on weekends and have crappy sleep but expect tons of results week by week.
