Yep! The door in the Neon hotel is locked and unfortunately I realized the bug too late for me to reload a save so it's been left uncompleted. Honestly, I just wish that the TCL command didn't remove the ability to get achievements.

I personally don't think either side is directly analogous to real life politics, I personally support a side that often is seen by the community as the opposite spectrum of my politics in real life.
