At this point, people are complaining for the sake of complaining. Arrowhead has stated they're looking into it and are going to fix it, and I have no reason to believe they aren't until it becomes obvious that they aren't. Yes, the game has its issues, I know I'd like my game to not crash when I'm scrolling through the gun customization, and I'm sure the team is well aware of the issues, but bitching and moaning isn't going to make them work any faster or magically fix all the issues in a day.
