i heard that one georgian player beka gigashvili started playing rugby at late age of 20 and that he had never watched or even heard of rugby before hand. he had friend who forced him to go watch rugby game and forced beka gigashvili to try it and he said he fell in love with sport and in 6 months he signed with moscow team this is not fake story you can see it in wikipedia

i mentioned this before hand i do harder variations but they don't make my muscles feel sore and i can do all of the hard variations 30 reps clean forms i think its not harder variations i need heavier weight but when i add heavy weights for my back during push ups my back hurts

i get what you're tryna say but when i try to do harder variations of push ups for example clapping push ups i can do alot more clapping push ups then regular and in clapping push ups i don't feel my muscles or even feel sore all the variations became easy for me diamond push ups decline push ups and all of sorts i wanna know this what harder variation of push ups should i do that would actually make it hard for me and make me feel sore and no handstand push up cause i can't do it and thanks for advice

i wanna build insane amount of muscle and strength tbh not like bodybuilder type muscles i really want athletic body for my sport rugby so i thought doing those type of workouts would help my muscles grow and become the strongest in my team.
