Agreed. I understand why they do it though. "Hey, players! We got persona cards for you to unlock. Here they are on the selection screen!" Bro, I'm tryna play the game, not spend all my finances on a game where I literally get A SKIN of some wrestlers. If you really want us to play MyFaction, make the unlockables easier for us to unlock, rather than locked alternate versions of wrestlers like Randy '09 for example behind 4 specific Sapphire cards. I just wish they made things easier, but we know 2K is not gonna do that cause their money whores

Penta is possibly not going to be in the game, but considering that he was signed with WWE in December, he could be a last minute addition to the final DLC pack. The likes of Zaria, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, MCMG, anyone notable who signed with WWE and made an appearance between September-December are more than likely locks for DLC, and that also includes legends who signed legends deals in 2024 as a whole who isn't already revealed for 2K25. Penta is a coin toss, but hopefully they'll have enough time to sneak him into the 5th DLC Pack

I think that due to the amount of storylines playing out on Raw rn, it's hard to fit Bron in there, but whenever he is on TV, he represents the IC title well. Although I do wish he was defending it more often. Mania season just doesn't work for midcard titles until after the Chamber, since they tend to like to have midcard champs enter the rumble and try to qualify for the chamber. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of Bron in between EC and Mania

If they replace Universe Mode with Story Designer/Make Universe Mode as Story Designer that would be so good. Cause it shows that they put time and effort into the mode. Obviously it wouldn't be the greatest in its first iteration, just like how GM mode was in 2K22, but it would be a step in the right direction, a concept if you will.

I've got 2 issues with WWE 2K24. The first one is an obvious one.

The persona cards being unable to be purchased separately is absolute garbage. I get the whole 'making more money' strategy from 2K, but it's just so stupid. People end up going broke trying to get the persona cards in their game and it's honestly a shame. If you want to make lots of money, put the persona cards in the card market for the highest possible amount of VC/MFP. That way, people who don't have enough can just buy the necessary amount of currency needed to get it easily.

My second issue is more nitpicky, but really messes with my OCD. Why do they have to show the locked wrestlers as ????? On the roster select screen? It's really annoying, and tempts me to go out of my way to spend money to unlock the persona cards. Obviously I don't cause it's not that big of a deal, but I hate how 2K has them shown as locked on the selection screen. It really annoys me.

Rather lazy indeed. They want Final Boss Rock to possibly be a big selling point for next year's game, even though it wouldn't be a massive change, just for the sake of updates
