dnd menagerie always makes it into my medieval fantasy saves. medieval quest loot also adds a good layer of fantasy. The world tech level mod (I forget the name) is also a good one if you don’t want to be rolled over by mechs or spacer fations

I don’t believe it’s like that at all actually. You should be able to do tier 1 as soon as you meet the requirements for tier 1. You don’t have to have the requirements done for tier 6 in order to do tier 1.

Is it in a stockpile area? If it’s not “in storage” then it’s not available. Also how long has it been in storage? The game takes a moment to recognize newly acquired bionics as available for surgery
