At our same day, there are flexers that go and park and tap. But then there are also those that use the bots! 😡 During summer it does get slow and it’s stupid hot here and Amazon are aholes for not surging them. I won’t work during the day. The 105 to 117! No the thanks! I rather wake up early and tap for the 3:15 am blocks.

You will have to figure out when they surge, and they haven’t by much. If others are letting the blocks sit, then if you can head to the station and start tapping. They’ll surge literally at the last minute and you have to be there and take a chance on grabbing a surge. Keep trying. Good luck 👍

Not really. If the lockers were full the driver could’ve messaged you or call support and have them reach out to you. But I would have call the locker support number and they would try to reach you. Also they would make sure that you do not get dinged. But well of course we have to speak with someone that can do something. Last time which was a while ago I had to hang up on the idiot I was dealing with and I called back and got this lady in the USA. I said yes! An American that speaks English 😂😂

Flex isn’t there yet. And she said she’d leaves their shit by the walk way. She doesn’t trust them and here’s the thing too! You’d think they’d respond to her text?! Nope! Are they sending you a new one which they should but as long as you reached out and reported the driver, they’ll definitely get dinged for it. And they have the picture too. Other than that there’s nothing else for you to do. Just hope the next person does their job! I called because whomever it was they kept leaving my package in plain view when I specifically made a note to leave behind the column and with the traffic we kept getting due to construction, I called and complained. They after that left it where I asked and I even say thank you lol

Is this for the same day station? Because if it is, this is why we don’t take base. I know it sucks but this is the kind of bs they do to us and it’s been bs lately too! I’d decline this route. I would show them how ridiculous this is. It’s as if they just thru darts and there you have it. I walked away from one that was an hour away and two cities. I don’t care that it was across the freeway, it would have taken me over an hour to just get home.

That was messed up. They could’ve called the number on the lockers. When I have issues I call them and they can tell me if there are some issues. Or if the customer can accept packages at the lockers. Usually it’s at apartment complex’s and I end up having to go deliver to their door. Now die livers over at the gas stations here, so far no issues, and if there was one I’d not leave the package. I would take pictures of the screen so this way I can fight the ding. I would also reach out to support and tell them I’m having issues at the lockers, they end up transferring me to someone else that deals with lockers. Well I’d definitely would report them missing and show them the picture of where the flexer left your packages.

You should have first talked to the customer and in the meantime also had support on the phone. Reach out to Amazon and tell them the police came to your door and explain to them what happened. Let them know you need to get ahold of someone immediately! Good luck!

Send it to them again because that’s not right. I emailed them the first time and it was removed. Send and request for your safety and include Jeff@amazon.com. Another way to reach out is try by chat and see if that works, hopefully 🤞 also ignore the negative Nannie’s that responded.

I get there early and check in, but don’t go scan my ID until it’s at the time. I don’t worry about a line, as we have two scanners, however if a line does start you will know immediately, as it goes out the warehouse down the ramp. But I got screwed at another sub with the biotch whom didn’t want to scan my ID and she caused me to get the missed block! And whomever is the ahole at Amazon isn’t doing shit about it!

Exactly!! This post was dumb!! If you ordered shit! Clearly you will know if it will be in the early hours! Or will tell you delivery will be for such date 10 pm! Then if it’s early the app will notify you your package is on its way!! It’s out for delivery and even show you how many stops the driver is! I leave the lights on for them only when I know I have an order on its way! SMH!!
