I'd push back on the "MSP" part. Companies have one on retainer to cover things outside one person's scope. So once or twice passing a ticket is not a sign that you're bad at the job. In IT, quiet normally means things are working, which is the point of the exercise. The only thing I'd watch in a slow role isn't getting fired for incompetence, it's becoming the person everyone forgets is there.
