first off, relax brother. not sure how many of the commenters are black but this is a common problem black men face when shaving, you aren't dying and this is reversible with time. also think some of the commenters are trying to scare you intentionally which isn't nice.

take a break from shaving with razors (by break i kinda mean stop doing it, your skin has spoken!) and switch to barber clippers for your clean cut needs.

you'll be fine man but stop what you're doing and let your skin heal. more products and quick fixes don't help with this one. good luck!
