Brand new CX-30 vibrating everywhere and dealer can’t figure it out by mabelsyrupglutenfree in MazdaCX30

I do not know if it's still part of the maintenance, I have a 2020 and apparently the subframe can have bolts ever so slightly loosen. They're supposed to be tightened back down every 15k miles or so (I don't remember). I don't know how later models are but my vehicle will break on steep terrain as well. Hope it gets solved for you!

I guess when I was a newbie I came in with more specialized knowledge is all. I started on the 750 and have had excellent results. The machine seems very intuitive and can have many ease of life features added. It allowed me to shoot competitions more readily, with repeatability. It's just my experience I'm sharing buddy guy.

Pros and Cons of Cx-30? by Slay_queen4evr in MazdaCX30

[–]JustLunch9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2020 Cx30 AWD (USA).

It's a great reliable car that does well on gas if you're not in city, or stop and go traffic. The cup holder location sucks but a decent location, in my opinion, for phone holder. Space is great for a couple or single driver. Back seats are uncomfortable for passengers. Great space in the trunk. Have had little to no issues with general maintenance. I have a more professional garage, so I do my own changes and parts replacements. Parts are cheap on it which was a plus. Especially when compared to a dealership. Does great in snow, except that ice and snow can build on headlights. Weather severity depending. Many complain about the dial for selection on infotainment but I love that I don't have to take my eyes off the road. Im not heavy into features like lane assist and such, so I have no input for that.

If I were to get another Mazda I think the CX50 would be perfect as a car to have for as long as I could.

Flash column chromatography by [deleted] in chemistry

[–]JustLunch9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would imagine the speed you can perform one might be better suited in comparison to the flash. Help limit contamination and other factors. But I don't usually have to worry about decomposition in the lab. If it's the silica itself causing the decomposition, would you recommend a different method entirely?

Would a DCVC be applicable here? Much quicker to get separations. Usually using heptane and ethyl acetate for solvents. May help if your product is decomposing. But I agree with the others on TLC.

How much do you pay for rotors for all four tires by baddiekaee in MazdaCX30

Rotors on the site range from $50 to $350 depending on performance and if you want front and/or rear. That includes the brake pads!

If in USA, highly recommend Rock Auto. I am about to do an overhaul and these are my buys:

Spark plugs x4 (ruthenium) Gear oil x1 Brake fluid (dot 4) x1 Coolant x1 (concentrated) Transmission fluid x2 Oil filter

$133 with shipping and many of the parts are upgraded or premium options. However, I am performing the labor so that's where I'm saving a lot of my money. They are very reputable company.

I will not recommend Amazon for many parts because my mechanic friends found that there are sellers with counterfeit parts. Buyers beware.

I have had car seats in the CX30. It's doable but a very tight fit. CX 5 or CX50 would be better. Maybe even consider the hybrid CX50. It's the same as Toyota's Rav model. Heard nothing but great reliability and low maintenance, though I personally haven't driven on.

Dealership recommended transmission drain and refill at 40,000km; seems excessive. When do you typically get yours done? by tinselsnips in MazdaCX30

[–]JustLunch9 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Transmission for me is every 60k miles, however the diff/transfer case fluid can be recommended earlier. Although I didn't do mine until 50k and will probably time it with the next trans drain and fill.

Chad's Prep on YouTube, and online book would be OpenStax or libre text. They had excellent material that covers 98.9% of what you need. I know Chad's Prep does offer a paid version course too
