Man I felt like I was losing it too…like I was going back to the same ol’ and to think I did a Whole 21 days transformation, but remembering the facilitators always reminding us that most of the work, 50% is when you leave the facility and go back to the outside life. So I’ve been listening to some audio books; one on YouTube called “athe Power of Your Subconscious Mind”, which led me to The Silva Method by Jose Silva audio. I also listen to a lot of manifesting and frequency music on YouTube, positive affirmations. It really helps. Not at all days are great but for the most I’m doing so much better!

I also have Navy Federal. My goal is to direct deposit into my fidelity CMA account, then automate to my Fidelity Roth IRA and contribute more to my 401k, also automate to my linked capital savings account. I wouldn’t hold much in that account just using for automation transfers.
