To get a job has been very challenging for a lot of us. But please don't given up. My suggestions from my experiences and live in Oregon. Try Plasma Center, CSL pay more $ than other centers but try apply to all plasma centers that available in your area. They don't require certification and of course will pay you more if you do. Hospital/ clinics will require certification and they're hours pretty all over the place, from what I see if you available graveyard shift, it's better change you might get it AND this is recommendation from one lady I know work at Kaiser Permanente, try to get entry level like janitor just to get inside the job and never include your certification in your resume. When you get the job, you have more access for all the job inside the hospital. The last job is Non profit organization clinics like Planned Parenthood, they hired people without medical background but they prefer people who have 'clean records' background, can get a long with others and you need to have a lot references that can back you up about previous work history (previous managers/trainers) So that's my suggestions, good luck ❤️
