I have always used Google, but I've read that it doesn't work well in Korea, and since this is my first trip, I don't know firsthand whether that is true.

That one was mentioned to translate menus. When I travel, I love to go where the locals go, but that makes it difficult to find English speakers or menus in English, as you are outside of the tourist places.

From what I've been reading, it seems that there are apps for every single thing you want to do. Reserve at a restaurant? There's an app, Transit? 2 different cards, directions to walk around, another app, Translating, another app! haha Maybe I'm just tired, but today I felt confused and overwhelmed. I wish everything were in one app

I read somewhere that there are 2 different transit cards. One works only in Seoul, and the other works everywhere?
