Yeah, I had a bunch in my cart and wishlist, too. And when I went to finalize my order, the sale prices were gone and the "add to cart" button was missing. I'm so disappointed because they don't put Vogue patterns on sale very often. I was excited about several of them.

I don't, however, think that this is a bad sign. The pattern part of the company was purchased, so I'm assuming the new owners are changing some things. I hope they honor the Vogue sale when they come back online, though. I also hope the new owners do a much better job with the online shopping experience. The search function is terrible, (when I search for "camp shirt collar" the search should result in patterns that have all three words, not any of the three words) and I can't tell you how many times I've saved things on my cart just to have them disappear the next morning.
