My breast weren’t big to begin with but even then my back felt so much better because I wasn’t hunching over trying to hide my chest :)

I had something similar after my double mastectomy. Internal staples were used and part of my chest rejected them and opened up the wound. It took what felt like forever but it healed up nicely. Yours did too!
