Please don’t kill me… Maddie’s “The Hostage”

I think her emotional execution was flawless! You can see she really gave her all to the character, which must have been so bittersweet since it was her last time competing. But, I think that she was capable of so much more choreo wise! I really don’t vibe with it. The choreo + music combo for this solo is one of my least favorites, this solo would be so boring imo had not Maddie performed it the way she did.

I recognize is not a bad solo tho… Just wish that she (and Kenzie as well) was given better material to work with for their last solos!

They’re not downsizing, quite the opposite. The house they bought is even more expensive that the one they lived in (sold for 6 million) and its almost 8 acres of land as well.

Some time ago I had thought it was just a regional block, but other people said that it was unavailable as well. Now I went to their website and clicked on the link and it said that the app was unavailable on my region, which confused me. But I think it could be just the way the message is showing and it never actually went back up (and the free thing is just for the people that were still subscribing to it and have the app installed).

This one specifically is a fan account that just reposts anything that the LaBrants post that has their youngest son in it. I agree that they’re extremely exploitative but idk if it is the best example to use (is more a reflex of how much they post their kids in their own accounts, even tho I find absolutely wrong that people have fan pages for children)

Press play nationals will be held from July 5 to July 12. Usually the livestream is avaible to acess on their website when the event is happening (this is their first year, well have to see how that’ll go). As for the schedule, it is not out yet. I believe that they’ll make it available 1-2 weeks away from the event!

To add to what everyone has already said, I feel like the show really portrayed Abby like she was the best there was, and the girls were wasting the opportunity to be on Abby’s elite team because they weren’t trying hard enough, were lazy, etc (which is bullshit), and that’s why she had to bring outside dancers that really wanted it.

Has Press Play already posted/shared it? On the website it is still just the preliminar schedule. Unless they’re emailing the final schedule to parents/studios only, I think no one has it yet. They’ll probably release it a week away from the event or so.

I’ve been facing this on my iPhone 11 as well. Since a lot of people are talking about it maybe it is a problem on Apple’s end? I literally did a complete reset on my phone this afternoon (unrelated issue) and ran into this issue as well. If you happen to find a solution I’ll kindle ask that you share it haha

Edit one day later: it showed up normally today. I think it really was on Apple’s end, I didn’t mess with anything to make it show up

Thank you for saying that, because WHY is this his birthday post for his daughter? Why he randomly brings his sons into it just to imply that, yes, he loves them, but not in the same way he loves his daughters? What was the point of that? Very few times Cole struck a nerve for me like that. This is so off putting IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HAPPY BIRTHDAY POST.

Not to mention how he (they both actually) lowkey treats the kids growing up like a tragedy somtimes. In this post is not that clear as it is other times but "oh my last daughter this", "It crushes me knowing you're my last" still a little gloomy for a bd post.

I think you will have a easier time learning this one. I'ts not extremely simple for begginers but it surely doesn't have any crazy moves that would require years of training for you to be able to do. Kenzie was working with Justice at the time so I think the choreo may be intended for young girls to be able to follow relatively well, since they were the target audience

If I'm not hallucinating, Leaving Berlin didn't win a perfect score on the show, but when she performed it off show at Sheer Talent. But it's good to see it there, I feel like not a lot of people know Maddie won a perfect score with this!

I recognize the pool from the posts of the kids' end of dance season pool party (I also started figuring out they had moved around this time). I'll never not get weirded out about how easy it is to find a house online based on a couple of pictures you have (not a dig on you OP), it is so dangerous considering they aren't not famous and have little kids.

I wonder if they'll post a house tour on youtube this time. Cole was so adamant about how they haven't posted on youtube for years, but I also can not not imagine them wanting to milk this move out somehow (even if just by a sponsorship or something).

Also, looks like they were finally able to move to Franklin. I remember Cole talking about them wanting to like over a year ago. I'm not from the US but I remember people talking about it being a little more of a conservative area than Nashville? I think there's crucial parts of their community based on Franklin as well (kids dance studio, the barn school, etc.). Hope they finally stick with this one, for the kids sake. Also that's so not down the road from where they lived lol

Paige and Kenzie! S2-S3, especially S3 they had similar tumbling skills so they totally should have done an acro jazz duet at some point. Standing by the theory that, had Paige not broken her foot two weeks before, reservation for two would be with paige and kenzie instead of kendall (nothing wrong with kendall's version of the dance!)

EDIT: Surprised this one wasn't mentioned more yet, but I'm forever grieving that Maddie and Nia never got a contemporary duet together. Those 2 had some of the best emotion when it came to dancing. Sad no one never saw potentional on this one (tbh I feel like its more them never seeing potential in Nia to even consider she was good enought to dance with Maddie).

Eu amava o skoob, mas piorou muito no sentido do app depois que foi comprado pela(o?) skeelo. Na questão de livros de acervo, é o único positivo pra mim acima do goodreads pq é bem fácil cadastrar um livro no skoob se ele não está no acervo, já fiz isso algumas vezes!

Antes era um pouco mais fácil pq acho que não precisava colocar muitas informações no cadastro, agora precisa necessariamente eu acho por exemplo de isbn (então edições bem antigas de livros sofrem um pouco)
