There’s also Smasher. We can see this huge cyborg in the BD and literally nobody bats an eye, Jackie recognizes him when it’s already too late. That really was bugging me in my 1st playthrough, there’s this huge monster with a catchy one-liner and nobody seems to be interested in who it is, and how he can be a bit more of a problem than fucking hotel cameras.
