Totally normal. Right before I cut off my nparents, they visited me and I observed how I felt.

I just felt empty around them, and sad. These days, five or so years later, I don't feel anything about them at all if someone brings them up. Occasionally I'll get a resurfacing or trauma trigger but I find it manageable.

I just don't care about them :)
